A new blockchain-based system is capable of providing low-cost internet infrastructure, which is desperately required in distant locations and low-income nations. The low-cost technology used to connect consumers to the internet on the ground is based on its patented mesh network, InoMesh, which serves as wifi routers and is governed by its proprietary blockchain technology, InoChain. InoMesh is a cost-effective technique of providing WiFi since it employs a single point of internet connection that is then dispersed over a network of access points while preserving speed, unlike previous methods. An InoChain computer controls InoMesh, which works as both a receiver and a transmitter of data to other users.

FutiraCoin, unlike many other blockchains that rely on the Ethereum blockchain, is built using InoChain’s own blockchain technology. Its consensus method is based on Proof of Stake (PoS) rather than Proof of Work (PoW), as employed by Ethereum, Bitcoin, and many other blockchains. Because there is no mining involved, the PoS algorithm allows for a more scalable blockchain with better transaction throughput, making it a more sustainable technology with less energy use.

The proceeds from the Futira Coin sale will be used to build the first phase of the telecommunications network in the first region (Chad and Mauritania). It will cost USD12 million to completely fund it operationally, including infrastructure, installation, implementation, and marketing. The network, however, may begin with as low as USD100,000 to create a point-to-point internet distribution system in Aden. As a result, the hard cap for the Futira Coin ICO is set at USD12 million, with a soft cap of USD100,000.
